The apartment lies within an area of four similar blocks of three stories. Adjacent to the Stratford–Upon–Avon canal, and with quick and easy access to the Town Centre. Indeed, the walk to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre itself is only a matter of minutes away, via either the Canal Marina and/or Shakespeare's House and the High Street.
The apartment has been recently fully refurbished and modernised and comprises of a spacious reception area, with computer facilites and Wi-Fi and flowing into a lounge with flat screen television, DVD, etc., and a dining area. A compact open plan kitchen, with breakfast bar, joins with the lounge, both therefore benefit from a south facing balcony view of the canal.
The kitchen is fully equipped for any ambitious demands four hungry adults might make upon it.
Both bedrooms are comfortable for two people, one comprises of a double bed with fitted bedroom furniture, and an en-suite shower room/wc, the other, whilst slightly smaller, has twin beds and a spacious bathroom/wc/shower.
Need to Know
Heating is via electric underfloor heat, which is controlled by thermostats in the reception area and a timer regulated by the electrcity suppliers. This activates usually from 1.00am to 5.00am, but is rarely required to be "on" in all but the coldest weather.
Access to Mantua is via keys. One for the door off the main stairway, and the other for the security door at ground level. These keys are kept in a secure box by the main front entrance, at ground floor. This is accessed via a PIN released to guests as required.
